The firm’s primary objective is to identify, acquire, restructure, scale and exit undervalued, revenue-generating e-commerce businesses by putting in place a sound operational framework and developing a competitive business strategy which enables acquired businesses to unlock unrealised potential.

The target companies which the fund will look to acquire will meet new and existing United Kingdom market needs from both the buyer and worker perspectives. The fund will look to acquire international/local e-commerce businesses and then expand them by introducing them to the United Kingdom and other international markets, bringing in a variety of products to consumers.

Similarly, the target companies will create job opportunities in a variety of roles as they look to put in place an improved operational structure achieved by leveraging independent contractors/freelance specialists and business school graduates across the United Kingdom.
