It is important to note that there is no official visa called the ‘UK Business Visa Programme’ but rather a route to enter the UK under the Skilled Worker Visa category. There is no minimum investment required, however, we would recommend a realistic level of investment to support your proposed business in the UK. 1- Establish and registering a new UK business.
2- Application and creation of all legal documents including tax registrations, payroll, insurances, and other required documentation.
3- Provide a UK Home Office sponsors licence for the new business including i collating all legal documents.
4- Provide a UK resident director, who will act as your authorising officer for your sponsors licence and manage the legal responsibilities of the business.
5- Apply for your Certificate of sponsorship for Skilled Worker visa.

This option is for ambitious businesspeople who wish to collaborate with a UK resident, to start a new business together. Through applying with Fresh Start UK, you will be required to meet all current UK Government visa requirements and are recommended to have a minimum of £200,000 to start your business.
